Melie Hita
has been teaching Spanish to local children in Borrowash, Alvaston, Heanor, and
Belper area for over 7 years following the award winning La Jolie Ronde
Structured Programme.

RESEARCH

Scientific
research has shown that young children have a greater capacity for tuning into
foreign language sounds than at any other time in their lives. A ‘good’ accent
is much harder to master later and developing an ear for what ‘sounds right’
becomes impossible for some older children. Studies also have found that
pupils, who study foreign languages, tend to score better at standardised tests
than their monolingual peers. This has been particularly noticeable in maths,
reading and vocabulary.

MY
CLASSES

Spanish is
taught through a unique and award winning language programme for babies &
toddlers, nursery and pre-school right through to primary aged children. They
learn via a combination of sounds and activities delivered through enjoyable
action songs, rhymes, stories, role play and fun activities following topics
that are already familiar in everyday life.

Your child
